There is no denying that adding a gymnasium space and outdoor landscaping to an office tower enables employers to offer a health promotion program to their staff. In addition to promoting well-being and health, the practice of physical activities in the workplace contributes to improving business performance. This is the challenge Cromwell took on in the commercial tower located at 1255 TransCanada.
Many companies are looking for a commercial space that offers the ability to park a bicycle, use an exercise room, have access to a shower room as well as a landscaped relaxation area outside.
After the restoration of the lobby, we proceeded to the repair of the vast parking lot adding electrical terminals and bicycle racks. The exterior landscaping has been revisited. The addition of an exercise room respecting sanitary distancing measures with contactless water dispenser, shower room and lockers have been completed. We are convinced that the addition of these spaces represents added value for all our tenants.
