Founded in Montreal in 1986, Cromwell is a private Real Estate company that is now wholly owned by Georges Gantcheff, who has been involved in real estate investments for 35 years. Initially started as owners and property managers of multi-residential properties, Cromwell has shown steady and strong growth over the years. This has evolved into expansion/diversification into Commercial, Industrial, Retail and Office properties totalling over $3 Billions in assets.

In Montreal, Quebec City and Toronto, Cromwell owns and manages more than 5,000 residential units and 4.5 million square feet of commercial space, all strategically located in these urban centers. All of our buildings are maintained to a very high standard, allowing us to offer a safe and healthy environment to our tenants.

As soon as we receive your request, an agent from our rental team will contact you in order to guide you towards the choices that correspond to your needs.

Whether it’s through our website, by phone or in person, we will find a way to personalize your experience. Many of our properties have an on-site property manager to respond to tenant inquiries. We also have an excellent team of managers who respond to requests by email or phone, depending on their availability. Regardless of your chosen method of communication, our team will strive to find an answer to your information requests.

Over the years, the Cromwell family has grown considerably. After 35 years of service, we have more than 250 employees in three cities: Montreal, Quebec and Toronto.

Members of the initial formation are still in place and many employees recruited over 15 years ago still form our team.

Collaboration is at the heart of the company’s intentions. Accounting departments, experienced leasing agents, on-site staff, and our caring management team often meet to exchange ideas. Together, they are looking for ways to provide a peaceful living environment in each building.

For our residential apartments, we accept personal checks. We also offer pre-authorized payments (PAP) in many of our buildings. We do not accept e-Transfers, bank / Interac transfers at the moment.

Pets policies are different from building to building. We invite you to get in touch with the contact mentioned on the page of the building in which your apartment / future apartment is located.

We do not rent furnished apartments. However, all our apartments are equipped with appliances; at least a stove and refrigerator. Some apartments are equipped with a microwave, dishwasher, or washer / dryer.
