The construction of 50 Willowdale dates from 1971. Built 50 years ago, the parking spaces had reached their safety limits.
The transit of vehicles soiled by snow and calcium over the many winters damaged the concrete structure. Measures had to be quickly implemented to ensure the security of the premises. A complete renovation of the two parking levels had to be done.
The floor surface and membrane had to be removed and replaced. The drains and the water pipes as well as the mechanical room have been restored. New signage signs have been placed in each parking space to identify by number. Energy efficient lighting system has been installed.
All appreciates the cleanliness of the place and the choice of a cobalt blue on the walls. This is a significant transformation.
