A fully equipped workout area available to tenants at 500 Place d’Armes

Commercial, News

Good news for tenants of 500 Place D’Armes: a brand-new exercise room is now open and accessible to all commercial occupants of the building. All they need to do is present their photo ID card at reception.

Located in the lower level, just opposite the café, the room offers a bright, modern and functional environment, equipped with cardiovascular equipment, dumbbells, a sled-pushing zone and an impressive golf simulator. Changing rooms with showers are available to facilitate the transition between training and the working day.

This initiative aims to promote well-being in the workplace, encourage healthy lifestyles and offer an added advantage to companies choosing to locate in the 500 Place D’Armes tower.
