Cromwell is proud to announce the opening of its first-ever Amenity Room project in Toronto. Starting in May, tenants of Sussex Square will be able to enjoy six common rooms.
We believe that the diversity of the facilities will meet the lifestyle needs of a variety of tenants. We want to provide a more enjoyable shared space and create a sense of community for the people who selected to live at Sussex Square.
You will find inclusively: a reception area with a full kitchen, a lounge, a play area for children accompanied by an adult, an exercise room, a study room, and a pool room.
These facilities will be accessible thanks to an electronic chip that will be assigned to the tenants of 666 Spadina for whom access is strictly reserved. A security cameras system has also been installed.
Whether it is a study room to increase productivity at the end of a school session or a lounge area to converse in small groups, these common rooms makes life in the building more pleasant and is ideal for creating a sense of community.
We are confident that everyone will know how to use the space in a respectful manner and that this project will be replicated in several other Cromwell towers.
