Statement – Coronavirus COVID-19
We would like to reassure our tenants and employees that Cromwell is taking measures to raise awareness and protect our staff and tenants regarding the crisis we are currently experiencing.
Additional hygiene measures are implemented in our administrative offices and our properties, such as daily disinfection of door handles in high traffic areas and elevators.
Information on ways to prevent the spread of COVID-19 is distributed to our employees and tenants, and posted in the lobby/elevators of our buildings.
Only urgent repairs will occur in our buildings; other interventions inside units will be assessed on case-by-case basis until further notice.
All gyms, saunas and pools are closed until further notice.
We are monitoring developments of the COVID-19 situation with the utmost attention and will take the necessary measures as it becomes available.
