A special promotion is available for some of our Montreal residential buildings.

A new tenant who signs a 12-month or 24-month lease between January 1st, 2024 and February 1st, 2024 and beginning February 1st, 2024 or before gets 1 month free. The free month is applicable on the last month of the term. Other conditions apply depending on the building.*

Note that for 24-months term new leases, the rent remains the same during the 24 months.
