Fondation Laurent Duvernay-Tardif

News

George Gantcheff and his family partnered with the Children’s Wish Foundation Canada and Laurent Duvernay-Tardif to fulfill the dream of two Canadian children.

Nathaniel and Carter, two young boys who are passionate about football and have had a life threatening situation recently, were selected by Rêves d’Enfants Québec / Make-a-Wish Canada. With the complicity of Laurent Duvernay-Tardif and his Foundation, the team organized a memorable visit in Kansas City for both families.

A get-together with Kansas City Chief’s Guard with autographed jersey kicked off the trip. Followed by a series of exciting new activities, including attending the football game with a 40 – 09 win over the Oakland Raiders, a rival team in their division.

The week-end turned out to be a crescendo of emotions which quickly helped build friendships between the three families.  Everyone left with the promise to keep in touch.

This was a heartwarming and very successful collaboration!
