The 500 place D’Armes was awarded the 2016 ENERGIA trophy in the category Existing building over 10,000 sq. meters.

Improvement work of the heating and cooling systems have enabled a significant reduction in energy consumption by recycling heat wastes from the systems in place. We would like to highlight the collaboration of Mr. Richard Lafrance of Genecor Expert-Conseil, Mr. Eddie Gaiotti of Dancon as well as the Alfid Group, which manages the building.

The Energia contest presented this award to Cromwell Management in recognition of their efforts made in Energy Efficiency.
