A brand new gym !!
Our tenants at 1745 Cedar can now enjoy a brand new gym ! After asking for a membership, top-of-the-line exercise equipments are available to the tenants, all in a modern decor. A sports-theme mural, created by our photographer, adorns one of the walls.

Bees at Cromwell; beehives installation !!
We want to thank Dominic and Seychelle from Alvéole (Montréal) for the beehives installation on June 5<sup>th</sup> on the Ramezay’s rooftop (despite the bad weather). Our bees are already at work producing the honey that will be harvested in September/October.
