Cromwell welcomes the brand-new Italian bistro Spuntino, which has just opened at 4858 Sherbrooke Street West in the Victoria Village neighborhood.
After months of preparation, the project is the result of a collaboration between Nadia Bilodeau and chef Takeshi Hironoue. Hironoue also works in the kitchens of Ristoranti Donato, just a stone’s throw from Spuntino. Spuntino welcomes neighborhood residents with a more casual menu and a décor that is both original and stylish. The restaurant is open from morning to night and offers 15 seats at the bar for impromptu aperitifs or spontaneous snacks.
The menu is both varied and light. The dishes are perfect for sharing. Whether for breakfast, lunch, aperitivo, or a convivial dinner, Spuntino offers the taste of Italy in all its simplicity.
