Although many of the services provided by Cromwell are essential, a responsible decision has been made to limit our activities in order to cooperate with the efforts to control the spread of COVID-19.
Consequently, as of this evening, March 24th at 5:00 p.m. systems will have been set up to allow most of our administrative office employees to work from home. The health of our employees and our tenants is important to us and we will maintain the necessary measures and services for the well-being of all. We will therefore find ways to ensure that essential services are operational for all our tenants.
Janitors will be on site and will ensure that hygienic measures are applied in each of the buildings. Property Managers will work towards maintaining services by responding to urgent requests on site. Building Managers are also present to ensure continuity of services. The Head Office will remain operational on an adapted schedule. Apartment visits are suspended until further notice.
We urge tenants that are returning from abroad to comply with the 14-day confinement measure to maintain the safety of your neighbors.
As much as possible, we ask that you do not come to the Administration office and instead reach the contact person of your building indicated on the Notice to Tenants posted in your lobby last week.
We are witnessing an increasing number of cooperation and collaboration situations between individuals and we thank each and everyone for this collective effort. Let us continue to show good citizenship in this exceptional trial and let wish for a quick return to normal!…
