Cromwell welcomes the brand-new Italian bistro Spuntino<\/em><\/strong>, which has just opened at 4858 Sherbrooke Street West<\/a> in the Victoria Village neighborhood.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

After months of preparation, the project is the result of a collaboration between Nadia Bilodeau<\/a> and chef Takeshi Hironoue. Hironoue also works in the kitchens of Ristoranti Donato<\/a>, just a stone’s throw from Spuntino. Spuntino welcomes neighborhood residents with a more casual menu and a d\u00e9cor that is both original and stylish. The restaurant is open from morning to night and offers 15 seats at the bar for impromptu aperitifs or spontaneous snacks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The menu is both varied and light. The dishes are perfect for sharing. Whether for breakfast, lunch, aperitivo, or a convivial dinner, Spuntino offers the taste of Italy in all its simplicity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
