This achievement would not have been possible without the precious collaboration of Trium Immobilier.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We would also like to welcome Cain Lamarre to its new premises. As the fourth largest law firm in Quebec, Cain Lamarre joins the list of our most prestigious tenants, and we are privileged to be able to contribute to their expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A commercial building located in the heart of Quebec City on Parliament Hill, a stone&#8217;s throw from the Plains of Abraham, 500 Grande All\u00e9e features an elegant, modern, and refined architecture inspired by the International style. This <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ville.quebec.qc.ca\/citoyens\/patrimoine\/bati\/fiche.aspx?fiche=6114\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">heritage-listed building, constructed in 1962<\/a> and renovated in 2012-2013, stands out in the urban landscape thanks to its glass curtain wall, which was replaced during the latest renovations. More than just a decorative element, it was designed to increase the energy performance of the building envelope, reducing its environmental footprint and optimizing cost management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The landscaping, which includes a variety of trees and abundant vegetation, contributes to the well-being of tenants and visitors while opening up the building to the street.
