JOBS AT CROMWELL

Cromwell Management, a Real Estate Company located in downtown Montreal, is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk.

 

The Clerk will have to:

  • Record and codify invoices for different companies in the accounting system;
  • Prepare the invoices’ payment;
  • Print checks and ensure to make the backups;
  • File invoices and various supporting documents related to the payments;
  • Verify accounts statements regarding related invoices;
  • Identify and correct variances and problems associated to billing;
  • Any other related tasks such as: making the necessary accounting entries; Review suppliers’ records, communicate with suppliers and answer their questions, etc.

 

College (DEC) Diploma: Completed

Years of experience related to the job offer: 3 to 5 years’ experience

 

Description of qualifications:

DEC in administration or accounting;
Knowledge of HOPEM software an asset;
Good knowledge of Excel;
Ability to work independently;
Ability to work under pressure;
Attention to detail;
Organisation skills;
Ability to work as a team;
Protect the value of the organization by keeping confidential information
